He is the Otherworld and lives in the end of the cave in the Plant Dimension. He protects the Gate that holds the Truth. After Albert enters his Gate, he gets teleported to another dimension, where he meets Stygian_Dusk, which says Flamingo will get a divine punishment in a few weeks.
