Draining_Sunflower is one of the first members of The Wanderers Of The Field group to appear on screen. He is a sunflower that says random things.

I got trapped in a creepy Roblox group...
mrflimflam falls from the sky next to the Forest_Overseer, Sprouting_bud and Draining_Sunflower. The Forest_Overseer forces him to say hi to both. Later SHINlNG_SUNSHlNE appears as the Sun, and Forest_Overseer tells Draining_Sunflower to go away, since he bothers the Sun.
Draining_Sunflower appears again in the middle of a cave soaking up water on his sprouts.
