Creepy Guy has pure white skin, and a cold, empty face. He wears a top hat and formal attire, all with red accents.

The first confirmed victim of Creepy Guy was an elderly woman. She reported to an officer about seeing a figure that matched the description of this demon. Creepy Guy snuck behind the old woman, and the cop pointed it out, but it was too late. Creepy Guy knocked the woman down, and she was never heard from again. It is unknown if the cop managed to escape.
