Chef Freddy, or “Depressed Chef” as said by Albert, is a player that Albert Met in the video “I used roblox admin to DRAW DISTURBING MESSAGES” In the roblox game ‘Life in paradise.’ At the time the video came out, it’s kind of obvious that he hasn’t played life in paradise a lot, because he couldn’t find the kitchen in one of the houses.

As of October 26, 2020, he is wearing the “errr...” face, army clothes, the “blond dreads” hair, and the ninja mask of shadows. But as of February 6, 2020 (when I used Roblox admin to DRAW DISTURBING MESSAGES came out) it is unknown what he was wearing.
