Bloody Diarrhea Exercise Man was first seen in the game: The Maze, where he was found running in place, earning his nickname. He suddenly disappears, making Albert reflect on his disconsolatedness. Later, he would reecounter with Bloody Diarrhea Exercise Man deeper into the tunnel. Albert tries to get him to follow, but he ends up going the other way. Yet, somehow, he appears in Albert's path. Bloody Diarrhea Exercise Man stares onto nothing and Albert takes the opportunity to lure the monster to him, to no avail. Bloody Diarrhea Exercise Man walks up to the monster himself and gets killed.
