BETTYRAVIOLI debuted in the video 'THIS ROBLOX GAME INFECTS YOUR CHARACTER', where Albert plays Infection Inc. The running joke is that BETTYRAVIOLI has a foot infection, hence why he plays the game with the word "infection" in the name. He then goes to Robloxian Highschool and gets bullied. In the next video, the account almost gets stolen because Albert gives his password to someone who claimed he'd give robux, but Albert manages to recover the account in time. He later goes to Bloxburg to get people to build a house for him. As of April 2024, the account hasn't been logged into for a year.

BETTYRAVIOLI uses the carnation pink skin tone and the woman body. She has the default smile and chestnut bun, and wears the Builder's Club hard hat and the jade necklace with shell pendant. She used to have no shirt but wore pants which were just a picture of a foot that spanned across her front. She now wears the teal shirt and spaghetti pants.
