The tall man (also known as SCP - 68118) Is an old man whose main goal is to follow old people. He himself is an old man, but it's unknown (Undetermined) how old he is. His pretty Hunched over since his taller than an average human being.

If you ever encounter one, do NOT chase it down. This will trigger him to speak louder while staring at you and moving backward, fast. Trying to lose him does not work, just keep walking, until the thing disappears, or you go back to your house. The Safest to avoid being deaf or even dead is to run into another person. This causes the SCP to hide until you two are separated. Just try to be as close to the person, even a crowd will do. Stay with them until it will eventually disappear.
